About us

Reclaim Finance is a fast-growing Paris-based NGO focused on the crossover between finance and climate justice. Launched in 2020, we have already emerged as a go-to organization on climate-related financial issues. We are affiliated to Friends of the Earth France. We aim to make the financial sector work for a sustainable society. One of Reclaim Finance’s priorities is to address climate and biodiversity emergencies by accelerating the decarbonization of financial flows. Our method to get there: to snatch wins, one by one.
Reclaim Finance exposes the climate impacts of financial institutions, and pressures them to change how they do business. We are pragmatic, and we know how to build alliances with other players and put our expertise at the service of financial institutions and political decision-makers who wish to transform their existing practices in line with ecological imperatives.

The FFFC is a network of NGOs working to decarbonize global finance. The FFFC Steering Committee currently includes NGOs from France (Reclaim Finance), Germany (Urgewald), Italy (ReCommon), the Philippines (Center for Energy, Ecology and Development) and the US (Friends of the Earth and Rainforest Action Network).
