Job Opening: Couple and Family Therapist (m/f/d) Part-Time

Position: Couple and Family Therapist (m/f/d)
Location: Munich
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide diversity-sensitive counseling for binational and migrant families dealing with separation and divorce, focusing on children’s needs.
• Networking with relevant institutions.
• Organize and facilitate parent groups and group work with children.
• Contribute to public relations and professional committees.
• Develop and update counseling concepts.
• Work with co-therapists and interpreters.

Requirements

• Degree in social pedagogy or the equivalent in a related field.
• Training in Systemic Family Therapy, ideally with mediation certification.
• Relevant experience in counseling parents and children, particularly in high-conflict separation cases.
• Intercultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in German and English, with an interest in co-therapy.
